  • *West coast employees will be authorized to travel on Wednesday on a case by case basis

  • Registration will open after the winners are announced in January 2025.
  • Registration will close on Monday March 3, 2025. After this time we cannot make changes.
  • If you cancel attending the trip after March 3, 2025, you will forfeit your trip and prize eligibility as we can no longer secure refunds. 

US Requirements: If you are United States citizen, you are not required to bring a passport as USVI is a part of the United States. However we do recommend you bring one just in case.

EU / UK / APAC Requirements: Everyone must have a valid passport to come to USVI and your passport must be valid for 6 months after our event ends (September 2024). If you and your guest require a VISA or ESTA it is your responsibility to obtain this. Direct link here. 

Fees: Bullhorn does not cover passport, visa, or ESTA fees.

  • Flights: Bullhorn covers your flight from your home location to one destination and vice versa. Bullhorn does not cover travel in between countries if you choose to make stops for additional trips. Bullhorn covers one itinerary. Multiple itinerary requests are the responsibility of the employee to pay but you must use our travel agent so we have all your flight information updates in real time. 
  • Hotel: As this a full buyout, the only dates of stay we can book are from Wednesday April 23 - Sunday April 27, 2025. We cannot extend outside these dates of stay. 
  • If you are traveling from NA and would like to arrive a day earlier, you can extend a day early. The extra night would be on your own to pay (the room rate is $1,045 USD + taxes). This includes your room lunch, dinner, and drinks. If you wish to extend, please note this in your registration and we will book for you - do not book on your own.
  • If you are extending, the nights will be added on to your final bill and reviewed during check in and check out.
  • Transportation: You are welcome to book your own hotel in St. Thomas before and / or after and come to the Buoy Haus on your days of coverage. Bullhorn does not cover your travel or transportation to and from these locations, please do not submit for reimbursement.

General Information: 

  • Our preferred airport is Cyril E. King Airport - code: STT
  • After you register, our travel agent (race@ctibusinesstravel.com) will contact you through email to book your flights. Please wait for them to contact you directly.
  • All flights must be booked through our agent, no exceptions will be made. We do this so we can provide you a seamless travel experience. 
  • As this is an incentive program, our normal travel allowances or upgrades do not apply. 
  • APAC will be authorized to book premium economy options based on cost and availability.
  • If your flight requires an overnight the cost of the hotel and your meals are covered by Bullhorn. 
  • Transportation Partner:  Red Hospitality. 
  • Arrivals: When you arrive at St. Thomas Cyril E. King Airport, enter the main building and proceed to the baggage claim area. A member of their team will greet you outside the airport doors and bring you to our private transportation.
  • Look for the Bullhorn signs!
  • If you have any issues, please go to the airport lounge for Frenchmen's Reef or call the main number at +1 (340)422-2577. 
  • Departures: You will be picked up at your hotel (Buoy Haus or Westin) three hours prior to your flight. Even if you have TSA precheck or CLEAR, you must depart 3 hours in advance. 
  • Your hotel will be booked based on your registration information. 
  • Hotel confirmations will be sent out prior to our trip by April 15, 2025 from emily.colman@bullhorn.com. 

Check in at Buoy Haus:

  • When you arrive at Buoy Haus, you will be escorted to Bullhorn's private check in area that is open on Wednesday April 23rd and Thursday April 24th from 9 AM - 4 PM. 
  • If you arrive after 5 pm you will check in at the front desk in the main lobby. 
  • Check in is at 4 PM. We do our best to get early check in, but there is a chance your room will not be ready if you arrive earlier. The hotel will do their best to accommodate, but we recommend having your swimsuit / beach wear readily available so you can start your vacation ASAP! 
  • During check in, you will need to provide you and your guests passports and a credit or debit card for incidentals. The hotel will place a hold of $200 per day for incidentals.  
  • You'll be given a Buoy Haus wristband you'll need to wear for the duration of your trip. This also serves as your keycard.

Check out at Buoy Haus: 

  • Check out is 11 AM 
  • You will need to pay your final bill (if you have any outstanding charges). 
  • You do not need to return your wristbands. 

The below is fully privatized for Bullhorn only from Wednesday April 23rd, 4 PM local time to Sunday April 27 at 11 AM. Please see the MAP that outlines what is reserved for Bullhorn

In order to access the above amenities, you must wear your Buoy Haus wristband at all times. This also serves as your key card to your hotel room.

Inclusions: 

  • Package includes a maximum of 3 meals per person, per day. Lunch is included for up to 2 courses and Dinner is included for up to 3 courses. 
  • Breakfast is offered at Salt Shack (Buoy Haus) and Shorebird (Westin) 
  • Lunch & Dinner are offered at Isla Blue, Luna Mar, Sugarfin, and Salt Shack
  • Unlimited Alcoholic Beverages in hotel restaurants, lounges, or beach and pool during standard operating hours

What is not included:

  • Frenchman's Roast Coffee Shop & Retail
  • Premium alcohol brands and champagne
  • In room dining
  • Mini-Bar at Buoy Haus Beach Resort
  • If you purchase these items, they will be charged back to your room and are not reimbursable. 

Gratuity: 

  • Bullhorn has paid in advance the gratuity for all meals. If you would like to leave an additional gratuity / tip, that amount will be charged back to your room and is not reimbursable. 
  • You will be required to sign all receipts at the end of a meal, but they will not be charged to your room. 

Reservations: 

  • Each night, Bullhorn Achiever Hosts will hold an event. 
  • Each event is come and go as you please except for Friday night's Award Ceremony. Please be on time! 
  • Dinner, drinks, and entertainment will be provided by Bullhorn at all evening events. 
  • After Saturday's pool party, there are no scheduled events, we encourage you to make dining reservations now. 
  • Please feel free to dress casual for all events - you are on vacation! There are no formal events.
  • Your phone will work if you have roaming turned on. 
  • However, any international charges will not be covered by Bullhorn, so we recommend keeping your phone connected to Wi-Fi instead of using cellular data.
  • WI-FI is available at the resort and included in our package.
  • USVI is in Atlantic Standard Time Zone. 

Yes, we have travel insurance for all attendees. 

The following expenses are covered by Bullhorn for the employee and their guest (if applicable). 

  • Roundtrip basic airfare 
  • Hotel 
  • If your route to Achievers requires a layover / overnight stay in a different city the hotel and meals are covered by Bullhorn. 
  • 1 checked bag per person, per flight 
    • Bullhorn will not cover the cost of your checked bags on any additional flights you add to your trip.
  • If your travel to the resort requires an overnight stay due to a lat another hotel or in the case of a flight delay or cancellation. 
    • The travel agent will book this service.
  • One excursion per person. These will be booked by Bullhorn directly.
  • Transportation costs - home to airport, airport to hotel, and vice versa.
    • Cost may not exceed $100 each way. Please do not use car service unless approved in advance. 
  • Parking at the airport
  • Travel insurance
  • Tips and gratuities for staff on excursion trips

*If you chose to not bring a guest on the trip, we do not supply a credit or additional money reimbursement*


The following is not covered on the trip: 

  • Visa or Passport fees
  • Bank or credit card travel fees
  • Food and drink at the airport 
  • Transportation to and from another resort, we only provide to and from the airport
  • Upgraded Airfare (this includes extra leg room, business or first class), unless you are traveling from the APAC region
  • Upgraded hotel rooms
  • Upgraded wines or food
  • Additional excursions and food or drink incurred during those excursions
  • Hotel room extensions
  • Additional tips and gratuities 

In order to have your expenses covered, you must submit itemized receipts. We will not approve bank statements.

To expense to the correct budget, in Concur, use the following:

  • Expense Event Type: Achievers
  • You do not need to change the department. Please contact Emily if you have any questions about submitting. 
  • Like past years, we always recommend staying onsite as everything is in one place!
  • Even though we have a full buyout, the beach and restaurants are public. Please be mindful of your belongings just like you would at any other resort. Bullhorn is not liable for any lost items or damages.
  • You represent Bullhorn at all times. We ask that you are responsible during all activities and with beverage consumption at all events.

  • If you cannot attend the trip, we will supply you with a prize catalog that is of equal value to the trip.

  • We do not allow travel vouchers as a prize. 

  • There is no hotel voucher option for future use. You must attend the scheduled trip, or choose the gift.
  • Spots are non-transferable. You may not “gift” the trip to someone else. 
  • If you can only make a portion of the trip, Bullhorn will cover the sanctioned dates and any extensions will be on your own to pay for. 
  • In order to confirm that you’re not attending and would like the prize instead, you must still RSVP "decline” on your invitation. 
  • You must be an active Bullhorn employee through the end of the trip (April 27, 2025) to receive the prize.
