EXCURSION #1: Catamaran Cruise 

• Location to meet: Rosewood Main Lobby
• Please arrive no later than 7:45 AM! 
• Pick up: 8:00 AM
• Boat leave time: 8:30 AM 
• Boat Return time: 12:00 PM 
• Return to Rosewood: 12:30 PM
• Inclusions: Lunch & unlimited domestic open bar (the bar opens after snorkeling for safety reasons)
• Extras: An electronic waiver will be emailed to you by Emily to fill out in advance. 
• Confirmations: These have been emailed to you in the form of a calendar invite. If you did not receive this please contact Emily ASAP!

EXCURSION #2: Yoga with Flamingos

• Location to meet: Rosewood Gardens
• Please arrive by 10:45 AM
• Start time: 11:00 AM 
• End time: 12:00 PM 
• Inclusions: Yoga & and a complimentary drink after
• Extras: Feel free to come early to take photos with the flamingos!

Bullhorn Awards Dinner

• Attendees: All Achievers and guests 
• Wristband: You must wear your Rosewood & Bullhorn wristband in order to enter this venue
• Location: Rosewood Beach 
• Attire Suggestions: Resort Casual! Sand friendly shoes, we will be on the beach.
• Provided: Dinner, drinks & entertainment     
• Please be on time for this event!
  • This event will have assigned seating from 6 - 8 PM, please do not change tables, there is a special surprise at each table for the Achiever! 
  • Dinner will be served from 6 - 7 PM 
  • Awards Ceremony will be 7 - 8 PM 
  • A special entertainment show will be at 8:15 PM

Pool Party

• Attendees: All Achievers and guests 
• Wristband: You must wear your Rosewood & Bullhorn wristband in order to enter this venue 
• Location: Nexus Pool Club. This venue is two pools & two clubs that are next to each other. Both are reserved for only Bullhorn and will have identical food and drink.
  • The Nexus Pool will have cabanas and a DJ
  • The Nexus Club has a large indoor area with AC.
  • The Nexus Club has one designated smoking area which will be clearly labeled. Please do not smoke outside of this area. 
• Attire Suggestions: swim attire 
• Provided: Lunch, drinks, sunscreen, and towels
