Our trip dates are April 3 - 7, 2024 

  • International Employees & Senior Sales Leadership - your arrival date is Wednesday April 3rd with a departure of Sunday April 7th, 2024
    • (International employees are those from United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, and Canada). 

 

  • North America Employees - your arrival date is Thursday April 4th with a departure date of Sunday April 7th, 2024
    • *West coast employees will be authorized to travel earlier on a case by case basis.*
  • Yes! Each Achiever winner is able to bring a plus one (a guest) on the trip. 
  • The guest must be over the age of 21. We do not allow children on this trip. 
  • If the guest is a current or past employee of Bullhorn, they must be approved in advance by senior management. This will be noted on the registration form to be filled out and will be approved within 72 hours of the registration submission. 
  • Registration opens on January 12, 2024 and will close on February 24, 2024. After this time we cannot make changes.
  • If you cancel attending the trip after February 24, 2024, you will forfeit your trip and prize eligibility as we can no longer secure refunds. 
  • Passport: Everyone needs a valid passport to travel to the Bahamas and your passport must be valid for 6 months after our event ends (September 2024).
     
  • VISA & ESTA: If you or your guest require a VISA or ESTA to travel to the US & Bahamas it is your responsibility to obtain this in order to travel. Direct link here. 

 

  • Fees: Bullhorn does not cover passport, visa, or ESTA fees.

  • If you need your flight confirmation, please email race@ctibusinesstravel.com. It is your responsibility to ensure the name on your plane ticket matches your passport!
  • Delays, cancellations, and flight changes can happen. Our travel partners, CTI can be reached at +1 (800) 800-6819 and are available 24/7 to help rebook and provide assistance. 

Bullhorn provides round trip transportation from the Nassau airport to Rosewood for both arrival and departure.

  • Our transportation partner is through Wildflowers Bahamas Events. 
  • The Wildflowers staff will be wearing lime green shirts that say “Wildflowers” holding signs that say “Bullhorn.”
  • The Nassau Airport is small and easily accessible. If you cannot find our transportation guides, there is a Baha Mar Arrival Lounge and they will help direct you to our team.
  • Arrival Instructions: 
    • When you leave customs and security, you will meet our transportation partners directly outside of the airport doors.
    • They will be holding signs that say "BULLHORN" and bring you to our van transportation.
    • They have all your flight information. If your flight is delayed or canceled, CTI will rebook and your information will be sent immediately to the planning team and our transportation partners
  • Departure Instructions:
    • Meet in the main Rosewood lobby 3 HOURS PRIOR to your flight.
    • Even if you have TSA PRECHECK you must leave 3 HOURS before your flight.
    • You will be dropped off at the correct terminal. 

  • Yes!

     

  • Flights: Bullhorn covers your flight from your home location to one destination and vice versa. Bullhorn does not cover travel in between countries if you choose to make stops for additional trips. Bullhorn covers one itinerary. Multiple itinerary requests are the responsibility of the employee to pay. 

 

  • Hotel: If you extend your hotel stay at the Rosewood, we make no guarantees as it is based on the hotel availability. It is first come first serve. The nightly rate is being offered from Monday April 1 - Tuesday April 9, 2024. The rate is $915 USD + taxes. This does not include food or drink. If you wish to extend, please note this in your registration and we will book for you. Please do not book on your own.

 

  • If you are extending, the nights will be added on to your final bill and reviewing during check in and check out. 

 

  • There are other lower cost options nearby, including the SLS and Grand Hyatt which are connected to Rosewood. Please note if you extend your stay at either of those options, you cannot use the Rosewood property amenities (pool, gym, beach) as it's only for Rosewood guests. 

 

  • Transportation: You are welcome to book your own hotel in the Bahamas before and / or after and come to the Rosewood on your day of coverage. Bullhorn does not cover your travel or transportation to and from these locations, please do not submit for reimbursement. 
  • Hotel confirmations will be sent out prior to our trip by March 11, 2024 from both Rosewood and emily.colman@bullhorn.com. 

 

  • Your hotel room at Rosewood Baha Mar will be booked based on your region and registration information. 

 

  • Bullhorn will book your hotel room and extensions (if applicable) at the Rosewood. Do not book on your own, you will not be reimbursed or receive the company discounted rate.

 

  • If you want to book extra nights with credit card points or hotel credits, you will not get the discounted rate and would need to book on your own.

Check in at Rosewood:

  • When you arrive at Rosewood, you will be escorted to Bullhorn's private check in area that is open on Wednesday April 3rd and Thursday April 4th from 8 AM - 5 PM. 
  • If you arrive earlier than April 3rd or after 5 pm you will check in at the front desk in the main lobby. 
  • Check in is at 4 PM. We do our best to get early check in, but there is a chance your room will not be ready if you arrive earlier. The hotel will do their best to accommodate, but we recommend having your swimsuit / beach wear readily available so you can start your vacation ASAP! 
  • During check in, you will need to provide you and your guests passports and a credit or debit card for incidentals.  
  • You'll be given a Rosewood wristband and a Bullhorn wristband you'll need to wear for the duration of your trip.

Check out at Rosewood: 

  • Check out is 11 AM at the front desk.
  • You will need to pay your final bill (if you have any outstanding charges). 
  • You do not need to return your wristbands.

Rosewood is connected to both the SLS and Grand Hyatt. You can access those properties by walking through the casino floor or the outside properties. You have full access to the restaurants, pools, and beaches on all properties but the Rosewood is a private property and only can be accessed by Rosewood guests. *You must wear your Rosewood and Bullhorn wristbands at all times.*

Rosewood is not an all inclusive resort

To help offset some costs, Bullhorn will provide the following:

  • A breakfast buffet on Thursday April 4, 2024 AND Friday April 5, 2024 from 7 AM - 10 AM at COSTA at Rosewood. 
  • A daily credit of $100 per room, per days of coverage (this is not per person but per room. How you choose to divide this cost with your guest is up to you!)
    • International will receive $400 USD and North America will receive $300 USD
    • If you extend your stay, you will not receive a credit on the extra day. Example: If you are from NA and coming a day early on Wednesday, you will not receive the credit for Wednesday. 
    • The room credits do not reset each day. 
    • The total amount is applied to your bill at the end of your stay.
    • If you don't spend all of your credits, you cannot receive a cash payout.
  • Dinner and drinks at the evening events on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. 
  • Lunch at drinks at the pool party on Saturday. 

Additional Information 

  • We highly recommend making restaurant reservations. Here are all the restaurants at Baha Mar. 
  • Everything on property can be charged back to your hotel room. 
  • Please note, there is a Bahamas 10% VAT tax and 15% gratuity charge automatically included on your bill at all dining establishments. Bullhorn covers the gratuity for housekeeping, transportation, and excursions. Any additional gratuities is at your discretion. 
  • Each night, Bullhorn Achiever Hosts will hold an event - please see the itinerary page for more detailed information.
  • Each event is come and go as you please except for Friday night's Award Ceremony. Please be on time! 
  • Dinner, drinks, and entertainment will be provided by Bullhorn at all evening events. 
  • Please feel free to dress casual for all events - you are on vacation! There are no formal events.
  • Your phone will work if you have roaming turned on. 
  • However, any international charges will not be covered by Bullhorn, so we recommend keeping your phone connected to Wi-Fi instead of using cellular data.
  • WI-FI is available at the resort and included in our package.
  • Bahamas is in Eastern Standard Time Zone. 

Yes, we have travel insurance for all attendees. 

The following expenses are covered by Bullhorn for the employee and their guest (if applicable). 

  • Roundtrip basic airfare 
  • Hotel 
  • 1 checked bag per person, per flight 
    • Bullhorn will not cover the cost of your checked bags on any additional flights you add to your trip.
  • If your travel to the resort requires an overnight stay at another hotel or in the case of a flight delay or cancellation. 
    • The travel agent will book this service.
  • One excursion per person. These will be booked by Bullhorn directly. 
  • The Rosewood is not an all inclusive resort. A daily credit will be given of $100 per room, per day. 
  • Transportation costs - home to airport, airport to hotel, and vice versa.
    • Cost may not exceed $100 each way. Please do not use car service unless approved in advance. 
  • Parking at the airport

The following is not covered on the trip: 

  • Visa or Passport fees
  • Bank or credit card travel fees
  • Food and drink at the airport 
  • Transportation to and from another resort, we only provide to and from the airport
  • Upgraded Airfare (this includes extra leg room, business or first class), unless you are traveling from the APAC region
  • Upgraded hotel rooms
  • Upgraded wines or food (if an all inclusive resort)
  • Additional excursions and food or drink incurred during those excursions
  • Hotel room extensions

In order to have your expenses covered, you must submit itemized receipts. We will not approve bank statements.

To expense to the correct budget, in Concur, use the following:

  • Expense Event Type: Achievers
  • You do not need to change the department. Please contact Emily if you have any questions about submitting. 
  • Baha Mar has so much to offer and everything is in one place! Like past years, we HIGHLY recommend staying at the resort for the duration of your trip.
  • Please remember that you represent Bullhorn at all times. We ask that you are responsible during all activities and with beverage consumption at all events.
  • Baha Mar does have a casino onsite, if you choose to gamble, please do so responsibly. Bullhorn is not liable for losses or taxes on any winnings.

  • If you cannot attend the trip, we will supply you with a prize catalog that is of equal value to the trip.

  • We do not allow travel vouchers as a prize. 

  • There is no hotel voucher option for future use. You must attend the scheduled trip, or choose the gift.
  • Spots are non-transferable. You may not “gift” the trip to someone else. 
  • If you can only make a portion of the trip, Bullhorn will cover the sanctioned dates and any extensions will be on your own to pay for. 
  • In order to confirm that you’re not attending and would like the prize instead, you must still RSVP "decline” on your invitation. 
  • You must be an active Bullhorn employee through the end of the trip (April 7, 2024) to receive the prize.
